Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all services and medications offered by Teddy Meds LLC (“Teddy Meds”), including the live video consultation fee and any prescription medication dispensed through Olympia Pharmaceuticals or another licensed pharmacy partner following physician approval.

2. Consultation Fee

The $150 live video consultation fee is charged only after a physician licensed in New York State has completed your video visit and approved treatment. If the physician determines that treatment is not clinically appropriate, or if you decline treatment at the conclusion of the video visit, the $150 consultation fee is not charged. There is no fee for submitting the health assessment, and there is no fee for the video visit itself until an approval decision is recorded.

3. Shipped Medications

Prescription medications are non-refundable once dispatched from the pharmacy. Because prescription medications are patient-specific and cannot be restocked or resold under federal and New York State pharmacy law, Teddy Meds cannot issue refunds for medications that have already shipped, regardless of whether the medication was opened, used, or received. This policy also applies to subscription refills that have entered the pharmacy's shipping workflow.

4. Subscription Cancellation and Modification

If you are enrolled in a recurring medication subscription, you may cancel or modify your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next shipment, your cancellation or modification request must be received at least five (5) business days before the next scheduled ship date. Requests received fewer than five business days before the next ship date may not be processed in time to stop the shipment, and the resulting shipment remains non-refundable under Section 3.

You may also pause your subscription, change the shipping address, or request a change in dose (subject to physician review) using the contact methods below.

5. How to Request Cancellation or a Refund Review

To request cancellation, modification, or a review of a specific charge, contact us using any of the following methods and include your full name, date of birth, and order or patient reference number:

We will acknowledge your request within one business day. Refund decisions are made in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
