How It Works

A two-step telehealth experience for New York residents: complete an online health assessment, then meet a licensed New York physician on a live video consultation. Payment is collected only after treatment is approved.

    Complete Your Health Assessment

    Fill out a detailed online health questionnaire covering your medical history, current medications, allergies, and treatment goals. The form is HIPAA-compliant and takes approximately 5-10 minutes. Available only to residents of New York State.

  2. Licensed physician meeting a patient by live video

    Live Video Consultation

    Meet a licensed New York physician on a synchronous video visit. You will present a valid government-issued photo ID for identity verification. The physician reviews your assessment with you, answers questions, and determines whether treatment is clinically appropriate.

  3. Patient receiving a discreet medication delivery package at home

    Consultation Fee & Prescription

    The $150 consultation fee is charged only after the physician completes your video visit and approves treatment. If you are not approved, you are not charged. Approved prescriptions are sent to Olympia Pharmaceuticals, a 503B-certified compounding pharmacy operating under USP <795> and <797> standards.

    Ongoing Clinical Support

    Stay connected with your care team throughout your treatment. Your NY physician and the Teddy Meds Medical Team are available for follow-up questions, dose adjustments, and progress monitoring through secure messaging and scheduled follow-up video visits.

Not All Patients Qualify

Treatment is never guaranteed. Your provider independently evaluates your health information and may determine that a prescription is not appropriate for you.
