Our Process

How It Works

A telehealth experience designed around clinical integrity, compliance, and your convenience. From intake to ongoing care, every step is supervised by licensed providers.

Steps

  1. Patient completing a secure health questionnaire on their laptop

    Complete Your Health Assessment

Fill out a detailed online health questionnaire covering your medical history, current medications, allergies, and treatment goals. The form is HIPAA-compliant and takes approximately 5-10 minutes. No appointment or in-person visit required.

    • HIPAA-compliant
    • Takes 5-10 minutes
  2. Licensed physician reviewing patient health records on a tablet

    Licensed Provider Review

A board-certified physician or licensed nurse practitioner independently reviews your health information. Your provider evaluates your eligibility and determines whether a prescription is clinically appropriate. All prescribing decisions are made solely by your provider.

    • Board-certified providers
    • Response within 24-48 hours
    • Independent clinical judgment
  3. Patient receiving a discreet medication delivery package at home

    Prescription & Delivery

If your provider approves treatment, your prescription is sent to a DEA-registered, 503A-certified compounding pharmacy. Your medication ships directly to your door in discreet, temperature-controlled packaging when required.

    • DEA-registered pharmacies
    • Discreet packaging
    • 3-5 business day delivery
  4. Patient on a telehealth video call with their licensed healthcare provider

    Ongoing Clinical Support

Stay connected with your care team throughout your treatment. Your assigned provider is available for follow-up questions, dose adjustments, and progress monitoring via secure messaging.

    • Direct provider access
    • Treatment adjustments
    • Continuous monitoring

Not All Patients Qualify

Treatment is never guaranteed. Your provider independently evaluates your health information and may determine that a prescription is not appropriate for you.

If Treatment Is Appropriate

  • Personalized treatment plan from your provider
  • Prescription sent to a licensed pharmacy
  • Ongoing clinical support throughout your treatment

If Treatment Is Not Appropriate

  • Detailed explanation from your provider
  • Alternative recommendations when possible
  • Full refund of your consultation fee
