- Where do the medications come from?
- All medications are dispensed through DEA-registered, 503A-certified compounding pharmacies or sourced from licensed US manufacturers. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved products. All prescriptions require a valid evaluation by a licensed provider.
- Who prescribes my medications?
- All prescriptions are issued solely at the discretion of independent, licensed healthcare providers (MDs and NPs). Teddy Meds is a telehealth technology platform and does not practice medicine. Your provider makes all clinical decisions.
- Is eligibility for treatment guaranteed?
- No. Treatment is not guaranteed. A licensed provider must independently evaluate your health profile and determine whether a prescription is appropriate. You will receive a full refund of any consultation fee if you are deemed ineligible.
- Which states do you serve?
- Teddy Meds services are currently available in states where we hold appropriate licenses. Service availability is displayed during your intake process. We do not provide services in states where we are not licensed.
- How is my health information protected?
